The Piatt County Animal Shelter (PCAS) is a 501c3 Not for Profit no-kill shelter, operating on donations to help educate the public about animal welfare issues and find homes for animals in need. We promote spay/neutering, vaccinating, and microchipping in our adoption and education programs. Foster families and volunteers help prepare animals for a new forever family and are vital in assessing an animal's personality for the perfect fit into the right home.
