Growing Our Impact: Chief Development Officer Search Underway
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and elevate our philanthropy efforts across the three-county region we serve. This senior leadership role will drive the Foundation's efforts to expand its charitable and operational resources through innovative donor strategies, deep community connections and engagement, and bold leadership in the philanthropic sector. The CDO will promote the HICF to new audiences and prospects, generating new interest and support for the foundation.
We are looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader with a passion for purpose, deep experience in strategic and business planning, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong track record of fund development, donor engagement, and stewardship.
