Kaitlyn Farrar promoted to Director of Donor Engagement

The Heart of Illinois Community Foundation is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaitlyn Farrar to the position of Director of Donor Engagement.

Kaitlyn has served as an exemplary Office Manager since first joining the Foundation in 2019, consistently demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to our mission.

This promotion reflects the Foundation’s continued focus on strengthening donor stewardship and enhancing the experience of those who partner with us to support communities across Central Illinois.

Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Millikin University in 2024. She is also a graduate of Richland Community College and Argenta-Oreana High School. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Kaitlyn is recognized for her strong work ethic and her willingness to contribute meaningfully in every role she undertakes.
