Membership will be open from May 8 through June 30, with a kickoff event May 8, 5-8 p.m. at Whites of Spring in downtown Monticello. Look for the tent outside of KayBee Community Cafe, 102 E. LaFayette St.
Their first round of grantmaking will take place in September.

There are multiple levels available based on age, or you may choose a lifetime membership.
- Seed (Age 16-25) $50
- Sprout (Age 26-40) $250
- Bloom (Age 41-55) $350
- Canopy (Age 56+) $500
- Evergreen Lifetime $5,000 payable in two installments
You may complete your membership form and email it to kfarrar@heartofillinois.org (through June 30). You may choose to do one or two annual payments, pay by check or pay online at this link.. If you are a HICF donor advised fund holder and would like to utilize your fund to pay your membership, contact Kaitlyn at kfarrar@heartofillinois.org
