Building Community
Course in Creating Working Relationships Through Belonging & Inclusion
This 4 hour course is designed to give nonprofit staff and board members specific tools they can use to foster a sense of belonging within their organizations. Building Community, will be held on Wednesday, September 21 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the 3rd Floor of the Decatur Area Arts Council. The enrollment fee for this course is $10 per Macon County Legacy (MCL) member. MCL members can send up to 2 staff or board members per organization.
The course is facilitated by The Community Foundation of Macon County and taught by Nicki Bond, BS, MS, MLS, Owner & CEO at Life Strategist Consulting Group.
This course is offered as part of the Nonprofit Network, a Community Foundation of Macon County initiative created to support the capacity building of our area nonprofits. The Nonprofit Network represents the collective voice of the Macon County nonprofit sector and brings best practices, resources and support to the nonprofit community.
