The Heart of Illinois Community Foundation is a grantmaking public charity dedicated to improving the lives of people in Central Illinois. We bring together the financial resources of individuals, families, and businesses to support effective nonprofits in Macon, Moultrie and Piatt counties.
We assist nonprofits in the wonderful work they do to make Piatt County a better place.

The CommunityWorks discretionary grant program is now accepting applications. Piatt County nonprofits and schools are eligible to apply. $400,000 is available in grant funding in the areas of education, workforce development and environmental sustainability.
The Piatt County nonprofit wish list will launch in May. Piatt County nonprofits and schools should contact Cristin to have items included on the wish list.
